The consultation
Your first step.
Every treatment begins with a consultation — an honest conversation and a considered plan, before anything else is agreed. You don't need to know which treatment you want; that's exactly what we're here to help you decide.
Your first consultation
Understood first,
treated second.
Your consultation is the foundation of every treatment journey. Dr Omeshwari takes time to understand your concerns, anatomy and goals before recommending an approach built around them.
Following your assessment, she will design a treatment plan tailored to your features and goals - explaining clearly what she recommends and why. A full medical assessment is part of every consultation, and aftercare advice is provided as standard, with follow-up available where appropriate.
Every appointment begins with a comprehensive consultation, with the option to proceed with treatment during the same visit where clinically appropriate. If you are unsure which treatment is right for you, or simply wish to discuss your options, you can book a consultation with Dr Omeshwari.

Good to know
Questions, answered.
Do I need to prepare?
Before your consultation, you'll be sent a patient information leaflet to read. This gives you time to consider any questions in advance, so they can be answered fully when we meet.
Will I look natural, or "done"?
Natural results are the entire point of the practice. Treatment is deliberately conservative - the aim is to look refreshed and balanced, never altered.
Why does a doctor-led clinic matter?
A GMC-registered doctor brings a deep understanding of facial anatomy, medication and complication management - meaning safer treatment, better decisions and reassurance at every stage.
All products used at Riviera Aesthetics are carefully selected, clinically approved and sourced through reputable UK pharmacies and authorised suppliers that provide products exclusively to registered medical professionals. This ensures every treatment is performed using authentic, high-quality products that have been stored and handled appropriately throughout the supply chain.
Are treatments suitable for men?
Yes. Treatments are suitable for all patients, and every plan is built around the individual - their features, concerns and goals.
What aftercare will I need to follow?
You will receive written, treatment-specific aftercare instructions following your appointment. General advice may include:
• During the first four hours - Avoid rubbing, pressing or massaging the treated areas. Following anti-wrinkle treatment, you may also be advised to remain upright during this period.
• For the remainder of the day - Avoid applying makeup directly over the injection points unless advised otherwise. Keep the treated area clean and avoid unnecessary touching.
• For the following 24 to 48 hours - Avoid strenuous exercise, steam rooms, saunas and excessive heat. Following dermal filler, avoid placing firm pressure on the treated area unless Dr Omeshwari has specifically instructed you to massage it.
Your individual instructions may differ depending on the treatment performed. Please contact Riviera Aesthetics promptly if you experience unexpected or increasing pain, unusual skin discolouration, significant swelling, visual disturbance or any other symptom that concerns you.
Are aesthetic treatments suitable for everyone?
Not everyone will be suitable for treatment. Your medical history, medications, allergies, previous procedures, current health and treatment expectations will be reviewed during your consultation.
Dr Omeshwari will only recommend treatment when it is clinically appropriate and in your best interests. Where treatment is unsuitable or unlikely to achieve the desired outcome, this will be explained honestly.
