Using this website
This website is provided for general information about Riviera Aesthetics and the treatments offered by Dr Omeshwari. Nothing on it is intended as medical advice or a substitute for a personal consultation. By using the site you agree to do so lawfully and courteously, and not to copy, misuse, disrupt or attempt to interfere with the site, its content or the services behind it.
Our services
All treatments and consultations are subject to availability and to your suitability, which is assessed by Dr Omeshwari. As a doctor-led clinic, we may decline or postpone treatment where, in our clinical judgement, it would not be safe or appropriate for you. Your safety always takes priority over proceeding with a treatment.
Appointments & cancellations
Appointments may be arranged by enquiry through this website or by telephone. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. Where less notice is given, any deposit you have paid may be forfeited. We will always try to be reasonable where circumstances are genuinely outside your control.
Payments & deposits
A deposit may be requested to secure your appointment. Any deposit paid is credited towards the cost of your treatment, with the remaining balance settled on the day. We accept major cards and any other payment methods confirmed to you at the time of booking.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, photography, logos, wordmarks and branding — belongs to Riviera Aesthetics or is used under licence. You may not reproduce, republish or reuse any of it without our prior written permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or to legal requirements. The current version always applies, and by continuing to use the site you accept the most recent terms.
